Operations Support Coordinator Interview Questions

17,035 operations support coordinator interview questions shared by candidates

I was asked several, very typical, interview questions initially as they "felt me out" and attempted to get to know me. Anyone who has interviewed for a senior management role knows the type of questions I am talking about. That was just the beginning though. As the interview progressed Amit, one of the owners, began to truly get to know me. His questions bounced back and forth from professional/previous role related inquiries to general questions and discussion geared toward becoming familiar with who I was as a person including home/family life, etc. Amit made me feel very comfortable and as the interview progressed it truly felt like a conversation between two people who had just met casually. I was very impressed by him taking the time to get to know me in that manner and he shared several "truths" about the current state of business as well as his vision on where he would like to take it. His openness and honesty was both refreshing and welcome. In my opinion he represented the shortcomings as well as the strengths they had operationally as well as business wide. He was genuine and trustworthy during this process and really made me feel like I would be a valued member of the team and I would be expected to share my thoughts and ideas should I join them and take a management role.
