Behavioral questions on steroids. I think they purposely tried to make the questions complex, but the execution was not good. HR should screen the questions they’re asking.

Ask them questions at the end. My favorite was, "what questions did I leave unanswered or you wanting more information? I have additional examples I can provide to clarify anything you may be still looking for." They always had a question which have the opportunity to provide more good experience and information.
