What kind of environment are you most comfortable working in?
A business area doesn't has resourcing, how will you manage the separation of those business systems. I mean the question itself reflects broken setup and high risk, no answer or mitigation can resolve it unless you fix the resourcing issue. A PM is not a Business SME to backfill.
First interview just general questions. Second online interview had basic technical assessment. XML coding, problem solving etc.
