Interviews are not structured, and they have you talk to a lot of different people (managers) in the division. Everyone is busy and overworked, and HR offers little has not invested in establishing consistent guidelines and coaching managers through the selection process. This company has a hard time with making decisions, so you may talk to as many as 6-8 people in a day, which can be exhausting.
