Availability? Would I be available for both days of 8 consecutive weekends, retail experience? had I ever worked in a retail, customer facing role before job commitment? would I completed the assignment once hired.
None relatable to the average person. "So, are you going to tell me why you left school, or do I have to ask?" Apparently I had put down that I was sick on my application, whoops! I also mentioned me having to leave school (because of cancer) and getting my GED because of it. He did like that I was honest though.
Flexibility. Without directly saying so, you are expected to be available 7 days a week from business open to business close if you really want to work for this company.
