The interview process was not too technical. One person asked me about concepts related to optimal controls since it was related to my dissertation. Mostly behavioral questions were asked. Would you like to have a leadership role? how do you handle different personalities and conflicts between people?
They basically ask you to tell them about yourself and what you did thats related to what they are looking for.
