first manager interview was just a general 45-min conversation. The second was the STAR process questions followed by general conversation.

Explain a time that you were in a manufacturing situation, where you disagreed with your manager on something, how did you handle it and what was the result?
It has been awhile since the interview, but most of the questions were similar to what you always hear. How did you make a former boss see your point of view on a subject you disagreed on? Tell me about a time where you ran into a difficult situation and you were able to overcome it? Just questions like that and I believe they each asked me about four questions each.
