We didn't go deep into details about the role, just discussed the style of the role, the things that are important to me, how I understand this role, etc. He presented to me the values of the company and the culture. Discussed the expected salary and was informed that I could be able to work as a freelancer creating invoices from anywhere in the world so that's definitely a plus these days. And you'll be treated as a full-time employee.
