Strength based interview ( environ 20 à 30 min.): How have you faced challenges you had ? What have you done in the past 6 months that were rewarding to you? ... Le business case (30 minute pour résoudre) et ensuite une dizaines de minutes pour présenter notre stratégie : New product launch : choisir le produit le plus adapté tout en gardant à l'oeil différent critères : la production maximale, choisir en fonction du segment le plus intéressant, la disponibilité et le cout de certains produits inclus dans la production. Le but est bien sûr de maximiser le profit. Il fallait également analyser la competition Une fois le produit choisit, il faut établir une stratégie marketing adaptée au public cible etc.
The case is the most difficult part of the interview. You have to verbalize your thought process, ask for additional information, and make assumptions as needed. It will likely include a mathematical element as well (e.g., percentages, adding, etc.). Bring some paper and pens to your interview. Prior to the interview, I recommend reading books and watching videos on YouTube about case interviews to familiarize yourself with how to approach cases.
