Mix of standard competency questions + specific questions about the previous roles in your CV. 3rd stage was a two-parter: PPT on strategy for deploying marketing analytics capabilites across regions + competency questions.

The most difficult questions were relating to how situations at my previous job where I had to overcome obstacles or problem and how I was able to do it. Some questions relating to experience using Excel, SQL, and statistics threw me off.

Other than why you’re leaving your current job? What does Sempra do in Mexico? (Even though the position I applied for was in San Diego) but she asked and answered it to show how she had contributed to that project. She also asked what is GAAP ASC number for income tax? (We know no one has to memorize any ASCs)
