Why GKN and this position.
Do you have experience in residential maintenance?
4) How do you plan to achieve these goals?
can't really remember the exact questions, but i remember the flow of the first interview with a manager being very smooth. Meeting a couple people on the maintenance staff and the Engineer that next day I felt unwelcome as if my presence was only requested by the manager. Perhaps the Engineer had someone else in mind for the position. I felt that whole process to be a waste of my time.
Describe significant experience in previous jobs
What do you know about motors, electrical boards, Power distribution, automation, MS-Office?
If I knew how to fabricate, weld, and do some maintenance work.
What kind of experience, and how much did I have about PLC systems and controls, name of systems (model, type, etc.) As well as my electrical (high voltage) abilities, and electronic skills. Did I mind overtime? Was there anything that would tend to keep me out of work? The rest was laid out in front of the manager in my portfolio, Those questions were mostly already answered.
