There was nothing overly difficult - we were given a selection of items that are sold at the container store and asked to pick one and sell it to the interviewer. Remember, this is a sales position and its for the container store. They have a fun quirky atmosphere and if you want to be part of the team, this is where you need to shine!

The questions were not very difficult, it was just a lenghty process, be patient. It took 6 months to be hired from start to finish.
