In a previous job, when a manager or supervisor criticized or corrected a mistake that you'd made, how did you learn from that mistake and correct it?
Not very many questions asks; mainly just asked questions about previous work experience and how that experience would be incorporated into the position you are applying for. Come up with questions to ask because they don't ask very many questions. Interview process was very laidback and simple.
Name a time where you handled a difficult customer?
Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. What was the outcome?
They asked about strengths and weaknesses
The first 2 were very easy, you just have to pass the branch manager interview. I don't remember the questions, but that interview is either a pass/fail.
