CEO waste 55minutes (out of a 1 hour interview) asking questions not related to the job. I followed up the interview with an email explaining that I declined the offer because the CEO gave me the impression of reflecting a negative work culture.

Not too many technical questions. It was mostly a how I would fit in the team interview. You should know the basics however such as command line etc. Be ready to give examples of your past customer interactions and how you deal with difficult situations.
