Lots of technical questions about meteorology, I didn't have much technical knowledge but they were more interested in how you applied information they gave you to the next question.
Questions, perhaps surprisingly, have very little to do with meteorology. They are general HR questions - "how do you handle a difficult boss", "in five minutes or less, tell us why we should hire you over the other candidates". They run on the assumption that if you've made it this far in the process, your meteorology knowledge is pretty solid.
