If I were given an opportunity to take more classes for free in any discipline, what would I want to study? (similar to the last question, this is about interests, not about what you would want to learn to get a more secure/highly paid job, etc.

Draw a stress strain curve (with labeled axes, but no need for numbers/scale) for steel. Point out important features on the curve such as Young's modulus, yield strength, ultimate strength, elastic vs. plastic region, etc. Next, on the same axes (without erasing the steel curve), draw another curve for a harder steel. Then, add a rubber elastomer curve, and finally a glass curve. No need to give actual values for any points on these curves, but the relative properties should be displayed accurately (e.g. rubber has a lower young's modulus than steel, glass has a lower yield/ultimate strength than steel, etc.)
