Tell me your story. - CEO's first question Assignment 1: Write a short memo (no more than five pages) that lays out how you would approach building a pipeline. Lay out channel mix, tactics, KPIs, full funnel approach, attribution, optimization approach, and messaging strategy. Assignment 2: The purpose of the working session is to spend time digging into real-world challenges around Finix's expansion to the D2C Merchant segment. Specifically, we'd like to double-click into tactics that build on Finix's previous Enterprise-focused demand strategy and are more successful with the SMB/eComm segment, such as affiliate marketing, SEM landing pages/campaigns, sponsored content, 3rd party review sites, and growth hacking experiments.
