Tell me about these group projects.
An interesting question was about what interests I had in electrical engineering. I wanted a job more inclined with power distribution rather than instrumentation. I thought the job was more inclined toward power distribution, but now that I am working in the field, I realize the job was probably more about instrumentation. I guess the moral of the story is to really find out what the employer wants, rather than assuming what the job is based on the job title. To be fair to myself, I was a new graduate and I had little exposure to what engineering is all about. In the end it was better I didn't get the job since it was not in the field I really wanted. Now I know!
