I was asked to describe a challenging situation in a previous job and how I had dealt with it.
If you were to do a Ted talk, which would it be? Why? Why do you want this job? When was the last time you worked really hard? When was the last time you helped someone? How do you cut a cake in 8 equal pieces with 3 knife cuts?
The only challenging portion of the interview was the situational questions because they were so far fetched and unpredictable. Ex; Airbnb guest calls complaining about host's dog who urinated in his suitcase, how do you respond? Then after answering the question they continued on by saying the dog urinated on his suit that he needs for an interview in two hours.
