Advise to the future candidates, either do no go for the face to face discussion on your own money or ask for money upfront. 3. As per my interaction with panel for close to 3-4 hrs , few panelists are good (from UK) and India staff look unprofessional, out dated with the technology and business trends, at strategy, etc
Technical expertise in the given role
Random questions about work experience which is normal, but it was a very aggressive style of questioning. This guy even asked me to tell him how I received my purple heart in the military. To be fair it was on my resume but you never ask a vet to retell a traumatic story to someone that has never served in the US Armed forces. He also was very rude on how I answered on how we kick off projects, and how I data model.
