Experience questions
at the first interview their android development lead ask some questions about development skills, very general, and the next step they gave me a task to do in 5 hours
In my case, half of the questions were about one topic, which not only I was unfamiliar with but unfortunately I also disliked. With only 5/6 minutes for each answer to be given on the spot, it's hard to reason about something you never heard of and to find a solution without a little degree of guessing. I don't know if the questions were all the same for every candidate, but were it the case, I'm afraid there would be some bias towards those who had at least some experience on that topic.
