I was basically asked if I had enough humility to do menial duties for people with a smile on my face. Its not that the question was unanticipated but it's not an easy one to answer. How do you explain that you are humble and that you will do demeaning duties with a smile on your face?

Write responses as a crazy professor and a nice concierge. Question 1) How are you? 2) I am bored 3) Do I look old? etc.
Describe a feature in a product you really dislike, now sell it.
They asked the same questions at the face-to-face interview as they did on the phone interview.
Questions like, "Tell me about a time when you changed a policy" or "Describe a time when you championed a cause" and similar nonsense. Seemed more like middle management type questions not questions applicable to the position or my technical qualifications.
