In step1: As it was technical round, I was asked mostly technical questions related to salesforce out-of-box features and questions related to apex coding and few scenario based qns. In step2: I was asked to write a trigger for a particular scenario. In step3: It was generic discussion with the Dept Head and the qns are related to current job responsibilities and why would i like to join KVP, stuff like that.. In step4: It was a short interview with VP and was formal discussion as well. At the end of 4th round I was selected to KVP.
