I can't remember getting asked many meaningful questions. I know I got asked about tools and technologies I was familiar with (which was basically everything in the job ad, hence why I applied). I didn't get many real questions to speak of, though, and mostly remember feeling like this person was just going through the motions.

The algo questions are mainly leetcode questions you have the communicate your process well and talk through time-complexity with the engineer. The system-design question for a front-end role is a bit more forgiving, but you will be asked a number of technical questions related to their specific front-end languages and frameworks prior to starting. The front-end question has you implement a feature from scratch in your preferred language.
