All technical, some personal but from different people, you will meet 5 people back to back, 2 will be personal the rest will be just technical, then the next interview process will be even worse.
It was mostly client support related questions.
Networking technicals. Lots of behavioral questions. Lots of "Tell me about a time when...".
Technical Questions: 1. Basic to intermediate networking questions (OSI model, TCP/UDP, subnetting, etc.) 2. Basic Linux questions
Focus on leadership principles and behavior questions.
WHAT DID YOU ENJOY STUDYING MOST? how can you deal with difficult customers? how can you please customers? what happens when you press amazon.com explain DHS? TRACEROUTE? WHAT WILL YOU DO WHEN YOU COMPUTER JUST SHUT DOWN? WHAT WILL YOU DO WHEN YOU PING AND PING WAS SUCCESSFUL BUT NO REPLY? DESCRIBE TCP HANDSHAKE PROCESS? HOW TO TEST TROUBLESHOOT NETWORK ISSUES?
