There were 6-8 "what if" and "what would you do" questions. ie "give me an example of how you went above and beyond to help a customer" ? The interview also consisted of some scenario questions, angry customer, customer who was crying, and I had to describe how I would react in that situation.

I can't remember the questions word for word but the questions were along the lines of: Why United Healthcare? Think of a time when you or a colleague needed help on the job,how was it handled? Describe a time when you had to regain a customers trust... Tell me about a time when you witnessed someone on the job acting out of compliance? These are the exact questions but I did notice my interviewers had a sheet of paper with a lot of questions on it that they just randomly chose from to ask me. Just be prepared for behavioral type questions.
