he hr told me that for first 3 months they will give the stipend of 7000 per month ,among this they will keep the first month stipend as a deposit .means u will have to work for free 2 months there.also they have profit sharing and loss sharing of 50-50% which is not applicable for first 3 months of trainning period.also the profit and loss which u will make in trainning period will not be shared wit u.after 3 months they will start the profit and loss sharing and that too will get maxx upto 60% if u are earning more than 75k per month.
