As an entry level employee any interviewer will focus on technical aspects but for me I have been queried on all aspects, infact I only started to give explanation on what I was expertised and interested mostly.

What experience did I have with communications technology & protocols.
The VP attempted to ask me about my experience at my previous company, but instead he spent about 5 mins waffling on because he clearly lacked the ability to articulate his thoughts into a question such as "Tell us about your experience working at company x" and liked the sound of his own voice, before having to leave the interview before it actually finished, despite having been 15 mins late for it in the first place.
