The first interview focused mainly on professional history and experience, how to respond to specific situations and events, and knowledge of particular areas, skills and tools. The second interview focused on personal questions (attitude, thoughts) and how to argue or respond to specific situations. Easy going, very informal environment to help stress to be under control.
