Does your personality fit with the culture of the company? Tell me about yourself? The other questions were technical and focused on accounting questions and finance.
The first interview had normal interview questions as below Why do you think you are the most suitable candidate? Would you fit the culture of the company? Do you consider yourself an overperformer? The role involves learning several aspects and could change, are you okay with that? The second round involved technicals questions that were focused on revenue recognition and payables function. The third round was around a business case regarding taking provisions for consultancy fees but how do you know that number?
All the questions were related with my experience and competency questions were included. The level of the questions was appropriate and the type of questions were about the job description, my skills and achievements.
