As this was a couple years ago, I don't remember a specific question except the entire inteview process focused heavily on problem solving questions, and working under pressure or stress. I also didn't like the personality test; one question asked "How often to you use marijuana?" The question assumes drug use. There were several biased quesitons like this.
Describe a time you have used customer service. Describe what you would do first in a certain job.
How many years have you been working in the industry? Are you involved in the community? How do you stay on top of current trends? Do you know how to use Revit?
What made you want to become a designer?
What was my past experience in the furniture sales industry.
Would you walk me through your resume?
What is your favorite part of the design process?
