What does brand mean to you
The questions focused heavily on performance data and specific metrics — which wasn't emphasized in the job description. While I understand the importance of data in any marketing role, the shift in focus made it difficult to get a clear sense of how success is actually defined in the position. The conversation lacked the strategic and collaborative tone that had been presented earlier in the process.

While these question were not particularly difficult, the way they were posed and the interviewer style made it awkward and much harder than it needed to be.
