Very detailed interview was conducted. First round was for more than 50 minutes and the interviewer was anything but good at listening. She was very particular about getting the answers that she had already thought and thus grilled until she got an acceptable response. There were behavioral questions, situation based scenarios discussed, academic knowledge was also checked by questioning about HR theories etc.
