The recruiter asked me the qualifying questions, the team asked STAR questions based on their culture and the interview with the hiring manager was more casual and asked about me and my experience.
The questions varied from role specific, to past experience, and relaxed questioning about me to allow the panel to know me better as a person.
Tell me how you would envision the first weeks if you were selected for this position. What would your first priorities be as a new employee?
I remember that they asked what I did on my spare time. In general they asked mroe about me as a person than my experience, as they explained I can learn on the job and would get a proper onboarding (which I did)
Please give an example of a time you had to influence a difficult manager to make the correct decision and how you influenced them to make the correct decision?
Why do I think this position would be a good fit for me?
Nothing really all pretty standard "give a time when...."
