None were that difficult or unexpected. Most of the questions had to do with scenarios that I had dealt with in the past and were experiences that I had actually had. A panel interview can be difficult for some but I found that these interviewers were non threatening and they asked questions that were expected for this type of position.

I cannot say that any question was particularly unexpected of difficult. Unfortunately the VP of HR left the organization and the regional strategy was being reviewed, so no one was hired for the position.
