There were no trick questions however, it was pretty straightforward. Assessment Centre - At the end of the case study presentation, they will try to make you change your mind about your argument. The trick here is not to change your mind, but to take into account the points they made and deal with the points individually, whilst sticking to your initial plan. Furthermore, make sure to deliver your group presentation within the time allocated. We almost hit our time limit, thinking that we were meant to deliver the presentation after the interview, just to realise we only have a few minutes to deliver our arguments back to the assessors.

There was a business case involving market sizing and corporate strategy--unlike with consulting there was no prep or large advance warning. A hard fit question was a time where you realized the old way of doing things didn't work and you had to innovate.
