We were all given a math question to answer before the interviews started. We were asked to explain our answers on the first interview. Most of the other questions were in the usual STAR type questions and answers. Each interview lasted from 30 to 45 minutes and there were a total of four.

It was all personality assessment, like "if Paul smacks Johnny, will you tell Jodi, your boss, or smack Johnny too."
