Why I wanted to leave my current employer
Standard interviews with both HR and direct manager (previous experience, reasons for applying, etc.). Tests were pretty standard as well: the Excel one touched on filters, pivot tables, while the language tests contained about 25-30 single choice grammar and vocabulary questions.
