Very conversational and they did not take notes. They each first introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself. The manager asked me team leadership, research, handling bad teammate, involvement in professional organization. Partner asked about my experience. 2 questions caught me off guard: 1. why did you chose your current firm (a small firm as oppposed to join big 4 after graduation) but i think i gave a good and sincere answer; 2. how do you do in teams (this is very simple question but she didn't phrase it in a behavioral way so i was a little suprised)
Tell me about your KPIs and how often do you report these metrics?
Why do you want to work for PwC? Why should we hire you? How would you get a client to change an inefficient process when they seem hesitant to do so?
How do you demonstrate technical competence, good relationships, business development, global acumen, and whole leadership
