A lot of questions about time management. Not many IT specific questions.
Q: Can you tell us about your previous experience and how it would relate to this position?
It was a judgment call question. Where I had to make a call between a down user and the CEO being down. Unfortunately the company I worked for at the time always made us bend over for the CEOs this one didn't see it that way. I made the wrong call.
The questions about the writing assessment was about the experience you had for the role you are applying to and some questions about high school scores
How would you handle falling behind?
Some of the technical questions will throw you a bit. Such as, "What are your thoughts on mobile technology in the near future?", "Describe in detail a situation where a user you were helping was rude and you came out making the happy.", etc.
No unexpected questions, informal and friendly.
