I don't remember any specific questions outside of reviewing my resume and asking my to discuss my background, and any previous sales experience. Primarily, I believe they look for people with some experience selling and/or dealing with the public, who are dependable, and people with good communication skills - including good listening, and problem-solving skills. The training process was very thorough and would ultimately weed out anyone who wasn't really fit for the position.
