Phone interview with the manager was based on the 5 key values that the HR sent to me in an email: Resilience, Deliver Quality, Awareness and Seizes Business Opp, Career Motivation, Makes An Impact. Interview was structured as one competency question from each of the 5 values, and then a situational question for each of the 5. Prepare well. I think I failed as the questions were quite indirect, like instead of asking Why Economic consulting, they would ask what did you do to prepare for this role? Another tough question was to name a business that isn't doing too well, why and how could it perform better in the future?
They are all behavioral-based interview questions and there are many resources online to see what these look like. They aren't trick questions or brainteasers. Your goal should be to have good examples from your work life that are relevant to multiple leadership principles and make clear what your specific role was in things like solving product issues, resolving disagreements between yourself and colleagues, and thinking big. Really be able to define your role within these situations and what you specifically did or didn't do, rather than just your team as a whole.
