I was only asked my name, where I was from, and favorite movie. Then was told a description of the job and benefits and then we were told we would hear further if they were interested. Later that day I got an email that I wasn't selected. So if my resume got me in the door, was I truly judged on my favorite movie??? (Prior to anyone entering the room, I was very friendly with the other candidates) How very frustrating to prepare by reading all about the company, get dressed up and drive there for one simple question (especially without asking WHY it was my favorite movie)
