The Division President expressed a concern on multiple occasions that I would get bored and leave. Despite assuring him that would not be the case that was the biggest trepidation and it was a difficult concern to appease. Rather ironic since his prior Controller had left.

To design a model of a hardware device which can be used to debug values taken by the PC (program counter) in a processor. Trick was that the PC values are 32 bit but buffer space was limited.
They did not ask any difficult questions. They asked general questions of the basis of any programming language. From this they took down whats your understanding and thus your views on programming and methods that you would use for structure and testing code.
