There was no interview after the conditioning test. Once that was over, I was offered the job within the week. Then came to get shown around the building.
Was there a time that you had to meet a deadline but still maintain the quality and accuracy of your work. What did you do? What was the outcome?
The questions are necessarily difficult, but it's hard not to be repetitive when you're asked the same thing by three different groups consecutively. For example, Tell me about a difficult time you overcame, tell me a time you made a difficult decision, tell me about a time you had to do something you didn't want to do, etc.
All of the questions were expected. First they asked why I desired to work for Target and then asked me some behavioral based questions.
