The interview was mostly when asked scenario questions about what you would do or what you have done in situations.
Tell me about a safety rule that you may have not followed and why.
The questions are necessarily difficult, but it's hard not to be repetitive when you're asked the same thing by three different groups consecutively. For example, Tell me about a difficult time you overcame, tell me a time you made a difficult decision, tell me about a time you had to do something you didn't want to do, etc.
All of the questions were expected. First they asked why I desired to work for Target and then asked me some behavioral based questions.
