They did a values interview (which I loved) to ensure alignment on the way the company operates & respects one another.
None of the questions were difficult... it was all pretty standard.

Describe a data processing pipeline you developed.
Hiring Manager asked only one question “Tell me about your background and experience.”
Tell me about a time when you failed at something.
Typical interview prompts were used, such as "walk me through your resume."
The questions were very specific to the position and my relevant background as well. I was asked about my experience facilitating training, and my experience with research. I was also asked a few hypothetical questions about how I would address certain situations between learners and the company itself. Overall, the questions were relevant and more specific to the position than "typical" interview questions.
