Optimus Search (OS) guy: What do you do? Where? How? etc. Do you have questions for me? Me: Actually you haven't told me about the position I've applied and that you contacted me for. OS guy: no, in Optimus Search it doesn't work this way, we select a few candidates who apply to our positions, we call them and then we just put you/them in our DB and then eventually let you/them know 2 weeks later OS guy: blablabla (wasting my time again) Would you be interested to hire in your team in your current company someone coming from us? Me: no (I applied to a job position, I never allowed them to sell me people) Practically they did only data collection and tried to sell me their candidates, I really had a strong doubt that all their open positions are fake and they do only data collection.
