Mixture of questions. HR focused on mostly experience, IT focused on technical questions, and the other employee asked more general questions and answered my questions on the workplace.
They asked a few technical questions but most of the interview seemed to be based on personality. Such as how would you handle a client that was yelling at you or how would you react if the CIO told you to break policy.
