After reading Glassdor, I could find that the Klarna recruitment process was, effectively, based on IQ tests added with some questions in CDT language (Company DoubleTalk language) e.g. "How did you tackle and overcome challenges?” They recruited a "French Speaking Service Delivery Specialist" without any testing in French. Other information I could find was: The job is based on Stockholm, not far away from the North Pole, Klarna doesn’t provide any help for the relocation (and I live in France).
